The main goal of the course is for postgraduate students to understand the critical importance of effective management and the development of administrative thinking. It is essential to recognize that educational organizations, apart from being learning institutions, are also workplaces. In the course on the management of educational units, issues are developed with the aim of ensuring the smooth operation of educational institutions, something that leads to a constructive learning process. Expanding knowledge on issues such as effective decision-making and coordination will contribute significantly to improving the abilities and skills required for the constructive application of management principles in education.
